A few things to know.

Can I send larger files directly?

Send now supports up to 5 files · 1 GB each · 5 GB total when the receiver can save directly to disk. Other receiving browsers support up to 5 files · 100 MB each · 250 MB total. Both devices must keep the page open until the transfer finishes. Enter the sender code to start receiving. For larger files, choose a save location when prompted.

What can I send?

Share files, photos, documents, or a few lines of text. Create link supports five files, up to 100 MB each and 250 MB total. Text and code can be up to 1 MiB.

How long does a link last?

Choose one or 24 hours when creating a share. Expired links cannot be used for new downloads.

Can I choose my own link?

Yes. Add a name to make your link easy to recognize, or leave it blank and we will create one for you.

Who can open my share?

Anyone with your link can open it. Add a password if you want to limit access.

Can I take a share back?

Open My shares in the original browser, or use your private management link, and choose Revoke & delete. New downloads are blocked. Files someone has already downloaded stay with them.

What happens if an upload fails?

Keep the page open and select Retry. If the link has expired, create a new share.

Are there daily limits?

You can create up to 20 links and send up to 500 MB per day with Create link.

What if I lose my management link?

Try My shares in the browser that created it. If you have also cleared its cookies, the share still expires automatically. Visit help and contact for more information.
